Eric Woodley, Managing Partner and Principal Broker, directs Woodley Real Estate’s commercial portfolio and oversees the complex aspects of tenant representation, build to suit negotiations, real estate development, real estate investment, acquisitions and dispositions.
With just under $1 Billion in closed transactions, Eric specializes in understanding client needs and negotiating competitive agreements that uniquely position his clients to achieve their greatest success. Creative problem solving and sharp negotiating are his strengths and have drawn many of Utah’s biggest companies to rely on him for their dynamic real estate needs.
Eric received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah – David Eccles School of Business.
John Woodley, Partner, directs Woodley Real Estate’s Residential and Real Estate Investment Division where he has surpassed $500 Million in real estate transactions and has been recognized among the top .05% of Real Estate Agents nationwide. John’s work ethic and proven success have given him the designation as one of Utah’s leading luxury real estate agents.
John is regarded as one of the most innovative minds in real estate. He is passionate about ensuring that every seller gets top dollar for their property and that each buyer gets an outstanding property at an aggressive price. With over 10 years of real estate experience John has a keen understanding of the real estate market and its dynamic trends, which enables him to anticipate client needs and adeptly represent client interests.
John earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in business management with an emphasis in finance and real estate investment.
Brycen Woodley, Partner, is responsible for managing the complex logistics and operations that support Woodley Real Estate’s $150 million in annual real estate production.
Brycen’s responsibility and influence spread throughout Woodley Real Estate’s contracting, marketing, operations and finance divisions. In each of these areas his mastery of details and keen eye for innovation yield greater efficiencies, significant cost savings and increased profitability for Woodley Real Estate and our clients.
Brycen is a graduate of Brigham Young University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Business Management. Brycen later graduated from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark where he received a Juris Doctor degree and was admitted to the Oregon State Bar.
Whitney Pettersson, Real Estate Agent, is a skilled sales professional known for her ability to anticipate client needs and provide exceptional service.
Whitney is a native of Utah and grew up drawn to all things architecture, drafting, and design. Prior to becoming an agent Whitney worked in Real Estate and Property Management in a variety of support and operational roles which provided her with invaluable background and experience. Whitney’s knowledge of the area, combined with her experience in the real estate industry brings a powerful perspective and approach to real estate in a way that adeptly supports our team and guides her clients through smooth transactions.
Thomas Larsen, Facilities Manager, is responsible for overseeing and managing more than $15 Million in real estate assets under management by Woodley Real Estate. Thomas comes to Woodley Real Estate with a background in Property Management and specializes in the detailed logistics of ensuring that physical facilities are properly managed and effectively maintained while achieving the highest return on investment.
Taylor Cooper, Transaction Coordinator, is a licensed agent and plays an integral role in supporting our agents and broker with a specialized emphasis on client outreach and support. Taylor’s real estate experience brings a powerful perspective to Woodley Real Estate enabling her to anticipate needs in a comprehensive way and provide the highest levels of customer service. Taylor also oversees and manages office administration, marketing activities, design and social media.
Robbie Keach, Real Estate Agent, is an expert residential real estate professional. His clients admire his industry knowledge and hard work. He takes a proactive approach to ensure his clients feel comfortable through every facet of the home buying or selling process. Robbie has a deep interest in finance and investments. Before becoming a full-time agent, Robbie worked with a Utah-based tech company to build personal finance software. He also spent several years in banking with a focus on lending, credit repair, and asset management. Robbie earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Western Governors University.
